Electronic Signatures and Agreements
You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on the button labeled “SUBMIT”, “DOWNLOAD”, “I ACCEPT” or such similar links as may be designated by the Company to accept the terms and conditions of these Terms, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by this Agreement. Pursuant to any applicable statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws, including without limitation the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National.
Since The Millennial Marketers is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. This means from the moment you submit account information, your order has begun.
Purchasing our services means you’re signing up for our actions on your account. We do not “sell” followers. By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge and understand that our service engages with users in your niche, which may result in new followers gained. There is no guarantee that our engagements will generate followers. For your convenience, we have listed the average followers gained on our website. However, we do guarantee that any followers that are gained as a result from our actions on your account will be authentic (authentic: followers with profile pictures, posts, that represent real people) on the app.
As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: in some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed.
Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
Form Not Completed – If you fail to complete the account details form during the checkout process then it is likely your service will be delayed. We do not offer refunds for delayed service due to the client’s failure to complete the sign up properly.
Lack of Correspondance: After your sign up has successfully been completed by finishing the account details form, you will receive an email within 1 to 48 hours regarding the setup. This email is Titled: The Millennial Marketers: Introduction *RESPONSE NEEDED*. Failure to respond to this email will void time that could have gone towards your 30 day campaign. As a customer, it is your responsibility to respond to this email so our team can coordinate with you, and understand your goals better. If we have sent you this email, and you do not respond, we are not liable for any wasted time. Furthermore, if you request a refund as a result of your failure to respond to the email mentioned above, your request will be denied as our team has already reserved your slot in our service.
*Due to the fact that our service will fill your slot for each month, we require cancellation 72 hours prior to your billing date*
As of date of purchase…
1) Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the subscription is to be charged. Cancellations made after the 72 hour mark will take effect the following month after the subscription has been charged.
2) Cancellations must be sent to [email protected], no other emails will be able to process cancellations. In your cancellation, please title the subject: Cancellation @InsertUsername and ensure you include your original purchase email address in the cancellation email so we can identify your payment email address.
3) Service will stop the moment the cancellation email has been received.
